WHO WE ARE
We aren't just a church in the South Paulding community - we are Community Church. We exist to empower people through scripture to walk in their God-given calling. We exist to serve our community with a grace and love that reflects the love of Jesus. We exist to make disciples so that they can make disciples. And most of all, we are a Jesus church that strives to lead people into a deeper relationship with Him through the power of the Word of God and through worship.
WE LIVE IN A WORLD BROKEN BY SIN
The world has a sin problem. There is pain and sorrow. Because of this there is hate and anger. Disease and death and pain. People are lonely and desperately searching for purpose and identity. Guilt, anxiety, and fear surround us. We live in a broken world. We were dead in our sin.
(Genesis 3, Romans 3:23)

BUT... GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD​
God loves you so much He was not satisfied to leave you as you are. Instead, He put into motion before the creation of the earth the greatest rescue plan to save and bring you back to life so you could be in a relationship with Him. To rescue us, God sent his son, Jesus, to be perfect love in human flesh on this broken Earth. He lived a perfect life, and because of his great love for you Jesus willingly died on a cross to make the payment for your sins and suffered the judgment and wrath that your sinful nature and deeds deserved. Jesus died in your place.

EVEN DEATH COULDN'T HOLD JESUS DOWN
Jesus defeated death and sin once and for all on the third day when He rose from the grave victorious over death and the grave. Jesus is alive. This victory now gives us freedom from death as well! Jesus did for us what we could not do for ourselves and made a way back to God where there was no way. The name of Jesus is the only name that saves. His power is the only power that can raise us from death in our sin and give us eternal life.

LEAD PASTOR
ANDREW MURDOCK
Pastor Andrew has been a part of Community Church since it began in 2003, began his ministry as a student pastor in 2010, and took over the role of Lead Pastor in 2023. Andrew has a heart for reaching people in the South Paulding community and beyond with the good news of forgiveness and grace through Jesus' death, burial, and resurrection. His passion is to love God, love people, and to know Jesus and make Him known.
SENIOR PASTOR
ROGER MURDOCK
Pastor Roger has been the senior pastor at Community Church since its inception in 2003 and is affectionately known as simply "Pastor." Roger has over 50 years of ministry experience and is passionate about teaching people how to truly walk in their God-given callings, train them up in the Word, and take them to a deeper level of faith. His true mission is to love God and love all people, regardless of where they come from or what they've been through.
WORSHIP PASTORS
SCOTT & CASANDRA BRYANT
Pastors Scott and CaSandra have been an intrical part of Community Church for many years, and took over the role of Worship Pastors in 2022. They have a unique ability to draw people into the presence of God through worship, and to be transparent leaders that use their testimony to encourage and uplift others.
